a shower cap for shoes

oh my goodness! thanks to my friend suzanne, (oh yeah, and Real Simple for coming up with the ideas!) i just came across the coolest and most brilliantly simple ideas. seriously, look here at all these great ways to repurpose old things that you probably don't use or are even considering throwing out. you will think twice before you trash these things. if you're like me, you hate clutter and throw everything out that even remotely resembles messy. but, i love love love these ideas...definitely worth keeping these things around!

here are some of my faves:

use an old shower cap for shoes in your suitcase. then you don't have to worry about dirtying your clothes!

use an old twister game as a tablecloth for a kid's party!

use a lifesaver as a candle holder on a cupcake!
