beginning a tradition!

this christmas, we are going to be starting a new tradition at our house. since hunter will only be 10 mos. old, he won't understand this... but, i want to start it now so it becomes a given at christmas time!

as we receive christmas cards from different families, i want to pray over those families at our dinner time. it will be a great way to teach our children how to pray for others... especially when they may be people we don't see or hear from often.

it is a simple tradition, not costing anything, but i know it will have a lasting impression on our kids and for eternity!

what's your favorite christmas tradition?
