haiti.
a country ravaged by
extreme poverty,
rampant aids outbreaks,
frequent hurricanes,
and now an incredibly atrocious earthquake.
this country needs our prayers.
more than money,
more than disaster relief,
more than medical help,
they need Jesus.
as we are going about our day today,
in our comfy jobs,
or our nice homes,
let us be quick to remember
the horror in haiti.
let us be quick to go to the Lord in prayer.
pray for the missionaries serving there.
pray that through this devastation,
the light of Jesus will shine brighter than ever.

It is so sad. Haiti has been through so much devastation over the years.
Thanks for reminding us of this and encouraging prayer for this nation. It is easy to pass by it in the news and think of it as just another news story.
