why must you drive by everyday blazing some creepy carnival like music during hunter's afternoon nap? i promise, no adult would ever come close to buying your ice cream for any child, especially since your truck used to be an ambulance.
{3} my face was bit by the swollen bug over the weekend. thank you last month of pregnancy. just call me chipmunk cheeks. don't worry sage, you are way more than worth it!
{4} did you know that i'm married to an x-man? yes, i'm talking like x-men... think superheroes and all the cool stuff like that. after countless experiments, speaking with several doctors, it turns out my husband's superhero power of bleaching clothes is one in a 8,453,321,012. kinda like one in a million only with much less odds. so yeah, his skin bleaches his clothes, sheets, and towels. maybe this is just his ploy to renovate his wardrobe every six months. you can call him...

I had some friends who lived in a neighborhood where the ice cream man would drive through around 11:30 - at night - we called him the dope-cicle man.
And ditto to number 4!! What is up with that? So creepy. Glad it's not just mine.

Hey girly, hope you had a great Mothers Day weekend! We don't have ice-cream trucks out in the middle of nowhere, but the dogs always choose to bark at naptime. It's an evil scheme. Bleach Boy, huh? Crack me up! Well, I don't suppose he keeps a lot of dark clothing around, eh? My Hubby leaves salt rings when he sweats and they're near impossible to wash out and keep clothing from fading out. Ice cream trucks can be kinda scary... some of them look nice and inviting and some are just yuck looking and you just think "what kid would chase after that?" Its kinda interesting. :)

As far as the swollen aspect of pregnancy, just keep focused on the light at the end of the tunnel...and the fact that it's univeral what we moms go thru for our kids (and we'd choose to do it all over again...FOR OUR KIDS)...aww, ain't mommyhood the best?! Hope your swelling subsides! And oh, we have one of the creepiest trucks that drives around our neighborhood. I'm terrified of it myself, and run and hide when it drives around. My husband thinks its funny.
I'm sure you look fantastic, swelling or not! I had that for the entire 40 weeks with both of mine, so you're way ahead! When we lived in TN, the ice cream truck came around our apartment at that time, and i thought about going out and giving him a piece of my mind, but didn't... don't mess with nap time!
Oh, I think technically X-men are 'mutants' and not 'superheroes', but I'll forgive you this time... =) Remy is actually named after the X-Men character Gambit, and we're more than a little obsessed. I think I'd just be happy if Trace attempted laundry more often!

Yeah, what's up with the nasty icecream man? I live in a gated community and he knows the code??? What?? He must be classier though than your icecream man because his vehicle is an old van, not an ambulance. Making icecream trucks out of ambulances was so like 10 years ago.
