*this is what summer is made of.

*exposed chubby leggedness.

*sweaty headed tractor riding.

*babysitting uncle Andrew and aunt Mel when in actuality they’re occupying my own kids.  this bumps me into the genius category.

*drinking water like i'm getting paid for it.  and then replacing that water with this iced spiced mandarin orange goodness sent straight from tea heaven.

*putting a method to my madness.  in between pool trips and park runs, i scrub my house to petition for the mrs. cleaver award.  plus, i’d hate to have it sunny and beautiful outside, while stinky and icky inside.

*picnics created all by the cute sunken knuckle hand of my two year old mister just for his little sister.

*loads of grass mowing by an absolutely handsome man...  thank you daddy.  and thank you Hunter for trying.

*any variety of meat cooked on the grill with a side of juicy fresh fruit.

*chlorine stained hair.

*pure, fancy-free bliss.  

i'd say that summer is my favorite.
